...and PackPass doesn't work. What a shocker. How can a school that is so in the dark ages claim to be technologically advanced? I get more and more embarrassed by my NC State degrees every day.
Wolfpack leads 7-5.
Smith with 4
Wood with 3
Julius Mays is checking in for CJ Williams after the break.
Farnold Degand is not on the bench. Not sure what to make of that.
Oh great, the feed is up now. Only it is probably worse quality than the first videos ever streamed on the internet..
I know Anony...I don't know why I keep paying for that crap.
Not doubting you WPH...But Yahoo has Javi with 2, the first 2 of the game. Smith with 2, and Wood with 3.
Not that it even matters, as long as we come out on top.
Painter came in for Horner at the 14:30 mark.
Williams came back in the game for Javi at the 13:40 mark.
Degand not participating today due to "coached decision".
Tracy scored the first 4 points of the game.
Horner came back in for Smith at the 12:38 mark. Smith has 8 points.
Is there a screen resolution that I should try to clear the streaming on gopack?

Williams once again doing next to nothing offensively. I don't understand it. He lit it up uver the summer. I hope he can get it going. We are going to need his offense. I know he is good all around player be he needs to SCORE.
Man, this is funny. My PackPass was running crappy all half. And now that it's the half and the old man is out there jacking up 3's it comes in perfectly.
wph,
How is our ball control / turnovers?
State had 5 turnovers in the first half...but there could have been a lot more. A lot of passes were deflected.
State shot 41% in the first half and were out-rebounded 19-18.
We need to get Scott some more shots.
I take it our new fast paced offense isn't looking to fast after all.
Georgia St. called timeout at 15:48. NC State leads 37-33.
Wood has 6 points and Javi has 5.
Man, we need a run to get a little lead here.
Vandenberg came in for Tracy after the timeout.
Georgia St. just called another timeout. NC State leads 37-35.
Mays just came in for Javi after the timeout.
wph, hows the crowd?
Painter just came in for Vandenberg at the 12:11 mark.
The crowd is starting to get into it.
Official Timeout: 11:53 mark.
NC State 41 GA St. 37.
Horner has 13.
Mays has 4.
Josh Davis just came in for Wood at 11:07
Williams just came in for Mays at 11:07.
Horner comes back in for Smith at 9:40.
NCSU 48 GS 41
Javi gets a 3, finally.
FT% is not good at all and FG% is not good either. And, yes, Williams needs to be more assertive.
Compliments of a scappy Josh Davis offensive rebound.
NCSU 48 GS 41
Every one missing...GS missed 2 FTs!
Sloppy...Sloppy..NCSU Up for 2 FTs. after timeout.
35% from the floor, 19% from 3pt land and 68% from the stripe...argh.
NCSU 52 GS 41
NCSU scoring off of FT's only.
Leave it to State to not be able to get a simple thing like streaming an event right. Not only do they supress the ability of radio stations to stream the game (for free) but they charge you and the quality is beyond awful. I will ask for a refund but I doubt I'll even get a response. Like most things NCSU, once they've got your money it's basically stfu...
Scott Wood just came in for Davis at the 4:51 mark. State leads 57-45.
State just went on a run. At 3:42 they are up 63-46. After two straight fast break buckets, GA St. called a timeout. Wood and Mays finished on the break.
Javi's stats looking good. 8 assists to 2 Turnovers. 7 rebounds and 8 pts.
Anyone else's gopack absolutely freezing & sound terrible?! RIDICULOUS! Thanks for the great coverage WPH!
Anon,
Yes, mine is atrocious. Of course they gladly took my money and offered this response when I reported that it wasn't even playing at first I got this response:
"Be sure to select the video event, as that is all you will have access to, on the media player it says 'watch now'."
Wow, really? Using the internet requires basic reading skills and a familiarity with clicking links? Thanks you've been a great help.
Man, Javi almost messed around and got a triple double.
"Anyone else's gopack absolutely freezing & sound terrible?!"
YES
Where was Johnny Thomas?
Degand and Thomas?
Degand was held out because Coach Lowe wasn't pleased with his academics. It isn't a matter of eligibility.
Not quite sure about Thomas. He didn't really play hardly at all in the exhibition either.
yeah...Degand and Thomas.
Anyone?
Yes, Go Pack video was terrible. Hopefully they'll fix it before the next game.
I know that it will take a while for the team to get used to playing with each other but i was expecting a little bit more scoring. I wasn't at the game so I don't know if it was just missed shots but 69 points just doesn't sound good to me for a fast paced team.
41 FG% isn't an equation for a high scoring performance. The Pack kept the turnovers fairly low with 9, so that wasn't the issue. The absence of Degand did slow up the pace a little bit.
I tunned into TNT to check out the Lebron and D-Wade show and it's turning into the JJ Hickson show, must be something he learned in raleigh if I were a power forward I would go get some of that teaching. Cothron rules!
He might not be as fast as Degand, but is Javi not pushing the ball?
I listened, I know the shooting was atrocious, and for both teams, but did the Pack look lost without Tracy Smith in the game? It sure SOUNDED that way on the radio broadcast.
