Grant's Utah Flash Fall in Game 1
Gavin Grant's Utah Flash fell short in Game 1 of the NBA D-League Finals in a high scoring battle 136-131. Gavin logged solid minutes scoring 9 points in 12 minutes of play. He shot an efficient 4 for 6 from the field and sunk the only free throw he shot. You know that your in for a long night when 3 players on the opposing team go for 25+, and that is exactly what the 14ers put out. Gavin's playing time gets snatched up by Ronald Dupree who was a WMD last night scoring 37 points (He averaged 18 on the year). Gavin has had a productive rookie season playing behind a quality Small Forward who is 1 year his veteran. The Flash and the 14ers will clash in Game 2 of the finals this Friday night. We'll keep you posted.
