...and PackPass doesn't work. What a shocker. How can a school that is so in the dark ages claim to be technologically advanced? I get more and more embarrassed by my NC State degrees every day.

Not doubting you WPH...But Yahoo has Javi with 2, the first 2 of the game. Smith with 2, and Wood with 3.

Not that it even matters, as long as we come out on top.

Leave it to State to not be able to get a simple thing like streaming an event right. Not only do they supress the ability of radio stations to stream the game (for free) but they charge you and the quality is beyond awful. I will ask for a refund but I doubt I'll even get a response. Like most things NCSU, once they've got your money it's basically stfu...

    Anon,

Yes, mine is atrocious. Of course they gladly took my money and offered this response when I reported that it wasn't even playing at first I got this response:

"Be sure to select the video event, as that is all you will have access to, on the media player it says 'watch now'."

Wow, really? Using the internet requires basic reading skills and a familiarity with clicking links? Thanks you've been a great help.

  63. Wolfpack Hoops said...

Degand was held out because Coach Lowe wasn't pleased with his academics. It isn't a matter of eligibility.

Not quite sure about Thomas. He didn't really play hardly at all in the exhibition either.

I know that it will take a while for the team to get used to playing with each other but i was expecting a little bit more scoring. I wasn't at the game so I don't know if it was just missed shots but 69 points just doesn't sound good to me for a fast paced team.

  67. Wolfpack Hoops said...
    November 12, 2009 at 10:28 PM

41 FG% isn't an equation for a high scoring performance. The Pack kept the turnovers fairly low with 9, so that wasn't the issue. The absence of Degand did slow up the pace a little bit.

I tunned into TNT to check out the Lebron and D-Wade show and it's turning into the JJ Hickson show, must be something he learned in raleigh if I were a power forward I would go get some of that teaching. Cothron rules!

  69. redfred said...
    November 12, 2009 at 10:45 PM

He might not be as fast as Degand, but is Javi not pushing the ball?

I listened, I know the shooting was atrocious, and for both teams, but did the Pack look lost without Tracy Smith in the game? It sure SOUNDED that way on the radio broadcast.
