Lo-Brown and Harrow Victorious in Round 1

Lorenzo Brown's Centennial High and Ryan Harrow's Walton High both were victorious in the first round of the Prep All-Stars Holiday Classic in Charlotte on Saturday.

Centennial smashed Hunter Huss 72 - 39. Lorenzo Brown had 21 points to increase his season scoring average to 20.8 ppg. He also had 7 assists. Centennial increased their record to 4-1 on the season. They will play again tonight at 6pm and if they win tonight they will move on to the championship game tomorrow night at 7:30pm. If they lose they will play in the third place game at 6:00pm.

Walton defeated East Meck 80-68. Walton was losing the majority of the game but Ryan Harrow led them to victory with a huge third quarter surge. Ryan finished the game with 29 points. He is averaging 31.5 ppg on the season and Walton is now 4-2 on the season. They will play again tonight at 7:30pm and if they win they will play in the championship game tomorrow night at 7:30pm. If they lose they will play in the third place game at 6pm.

As you might have figured from reading this post, there is a good chance that Ryan and Lorenzo could end up playing each other in either the championship game or the third place game.
