Harrow Named Mr. Basketball of Cobb County

Last night the Tip-Off Club held their third annual awards banquet at Walton High School. The most prestigious award of the night was handed to Mr. Harrow. Ryan beat out Glen Rice Jr. (Georgia Tech Commit, SR, 4-Stars), Richard Howell (NC State Commit, SR, 4-Stars), Ari Stewart (Wake Forest Commit, SR, 4-Stars) and Trae Golden (Uncommitted, JR, 3-Stars). This is an incredible achievement for Ryan. He beat out some really good players for this award, and he did it as a Junior.

Here is what Ryan had to say about receiving this award:

"It's a real pleasure to get this," said Harrow, a North Carolina State commitment. "All of the players in Cobb County are so good, so for me to get this award is a big accomplishment. I'm only in my junior year, and this award just shows that all of my hard work paid off."

Ryan averaged 28 points, 6 assists and 3 steals per game during his Junior Campaign. We are extremely excited and proud of Ryan for receiving this award. Congratulations Ryan and keep up the hard work!

The quote in this article was taken from an article in today's Marietta Daily Journal.

Congratulations Ryan.... That's a huge honor considering the competition that you played against this year.

(I'm sure Hewitt is kicking himself for not showing you more love when you were right under his nose all these years.)

Looking forward to seeing you wear the Red and White at NC State. Your arrival can't come soon enough.

Great job Ryan! Don't worry about how many stars you have. When you get to State people will see how good you are, just like Jeff Teague.
