Update From the D-League

Cameron Bennerman's season came to a close on April 11th. His Anaheim Arsenal squad finished with a 15-35 record which landed them in the cellar of the West Division. The Arsenal have to be pleased with how quickly Cam adapted when he joined the Arsenal on March 11th. While Mr. Bennerman only played 12 games in the D-League this season, he didn't wast anytime once he got there. Cam averaged 13.3 points per game while shooting 47% from the field and 40% from deep range. This short stint with the Arsenal was accompanied by a small stint with the Autocid Ford Burgos in Spain at the beginning of the season. Cam actually has a launch party for his clothing line LiKuiD Nation/PiNC on April 24th at Social (108 W. McGee St, Greensboro, NC). The event will run from 7:30pm - 10pm. We will have more on this on the site in the next couple of days.

Gavin Grant's Utah Flash were the complete opposite of Cam's Anaheim Arsenal. The Flash reside in the West Division as well, except they finished the regular season at the top with a 32-18 record. They took their #1 seed into the playoffs on April 15th and defeated Bakersfield 94-81. Gavin had 8 points and 5 rebounds, while shooting 3-5 from the field. The Flash took home a victory in their next playoff game yesterday, defeating Dakota 103-93. Gavin had 4 points, 4 assists and 3 blocks. The Flash advanced to the NBA-D League Finals and they will begin best out of 3 series against the Colorado 14ers tomorrow night. On the year, Gavin is averaging 8.4 points per game. Stay posted to see how Gav does in the Finals.
