Cam Bennerman Presents::Likuid Nation:PiNC

Event: LiKuid Nation/Kosmic Kicks Party
Host: LKDN//Pinc
Start Time: Friday, May 29 at 7:00pm
End Time: Friday, May 29 at 10:00pm
Where: Kosmic Kicks, Greensboro, NC

Former Pack basketball star Cameron Bennerman is doing big things. We caught up with him a few months back when his brand Likuid Nation was about to be released in the Raleigh area. Since that time Cam and company have blown up. Their clothing line and their name is everywhere. They have incorporated a new vision, which is starting to feel more like a movement. PINC, stands for "People In NC" and is doing it's job at bringing artists, designers and hip hop together to represent North Carolina. Let's get out and support Cam as they release their first shoe, the "Converse/LikuidNation Lmtd. Edition" in Greensboro at Kosmic Kicks. If you are in the area come out and see what all the hype is about. Check out this video to hear about LikuidNation/Pinc from Cam himself and take a look at the Launch Party, May 1st over at FM Goods/Sounds on Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh (and also check out the guest appearence by our loyal reader "J.SOL" who I'm sure all of you have seen in our comment forum)

Where do you think Cam's ideas for his shirts come from? Some of them are pretty interesting.

i make a point of not buying things from people who don't know how to spell. that rule seems to work well for me. On the other hand, it's great - or rather fabulous - that Cameron's business has taken off!

I like his comment about how PINK doesn't mean anything more than People In N.C. What else would it mean?

yographeUh, needless to say I'm not a huge hip-hop fan, but I'd try the drink, and probably continue to buy it if I like it.

Lot of clothes and other marketing involved in that clip, but hey, and by the way, just exactly what is THE DRINK itself? I mean, what about a little info on the product, the actual "liquid substance" contained in the bottle itself?

Sorry, I know I’m nit-picking, but that’s the type of little detail that I kinda like to know.

BTW, this is also the sort of thing that I thought Gavin Grant might do when he left NC State. He was big into fashion and design.

    ^ Redfred,
Its' not a drink, it's a clothing line. If you click the link in the article it will bring you to the first interview we did with Cam and it will describe his product a bit better. This story was a follow up piece so we assumed most people would follow it...however we do have a lot of new readers so I guess we could've done a better job explaining.

The video was not a commercial but an update from their launch party.

If you want more information on Cam's line you can visit www.LikuidNation.com

Just checked in on the companies site- a bunch a great new stuff from last viewing.

I was a wearing mostly Con's when first introduced to BBall. Their construction seemed to fall off a bit and the designs were laughable as I got older.

But I will surely get my feet slipped into some Black/Red/Gold Kosmic Kicks to test the comfort.

Great concept on PINC, I wish all the best for all involved.

if any of you live in raleigh, now is the time to get over to FM Goods to get some gear. they'll sadly be closing their doors permanently at the end of june, so don't miss out on some good deals they got going on.

it's sad to see a store like this go. it just goes to show you that when you have something good going on locally, you have to support it, or else it'll be gone before you know it.

we will continue to have LiKuid Nation//PiNC. in FM Goods until they finally close their doors.
